(BIG SIGH). Well, it’s spring again and you know what that means. Emily has a birthday coming up. She’ll be six. SIX!!! Where do the years go?

All of Emily’s little friends are turning six too. In fact, it’s a bit of a birthday party extravaganza here in the rolling hills of upstate New York. A couple of days ago we went to a party which featured lots of fun reptiles as the main attraction.
Oh gosh. I know. Any excuse to show a picture of my child with an albino python wrapped around her shoulders…
Emily’s party is going to be at the gymnastics place she just started going to a few weeks ago and loves. I am very happy about not have 14 kindergartners run screaming through my house for 2 hours straight. However, the yellow python will be making an appearance at Ana’s 9th birthday party in May (woo hoo!)
